Employee's State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)

The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) is a statutory body under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. It was established under the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948, to provide comprehensive social security and health insurance to workers in India.

Employer & Employee Contribution:

  • Employer Contribution: 3.25% of the employee’s wages
  • Employee Contribution: 0.75% of wages
